Programme Delivery

We engage with our candidates face to face and using our eLearning system ‘One File’. This ensures that they remain motivated to progress through the qualification and allows us the opportunity to provide any additional support or resources that they may need to help them achieve their qualification.

The Apprenticeship programmes delivered by Microcom Training can take approximately 4-12 months depending on the level of the qualification, the frequency of visits and any additional support needs that need to be addressed. However, this is only a recommended timeframe and we have candidates who progress faster or slower than this.

Our delivery mechanisms have been refined through our extensive experience in working with large blue-chip organisations as well as SME’s and we are fully flexible with regards to your business priorities. This means that we will adapt our delivery methods to ensure that we minimise the impact to your business whilst maintaining progress for the candidates.

We will work with you and our contacts on each site to ensure planning and scheduling of appointments are structured and regular feedback is given in relation to the progress of the each of the candidates on the apprenticeship programme.
