Customer Service SCQF Level 6
Skill Level: Intermediate
This qualification is for candidates working within customer service or sales who may be new to the role. In this qualification candidates will gain skills to become more competent in the customer service environment. They will develop their knowledge in a range of areas to better understand the customer, developing their customer service skills and understanding the principles of effective customer service within their organisation. The mandatory units include communicating in a customer service environment and delivering customer service within best practice guidelines. There are a wide range of optional units that can be selected to tailor the qualification to meet the needs of both the employer and employee.
This qualification is part of the Modern Apprenticeship Programme therefore may be funded by SDS (Skills Development Scotland).
