Unit 3: Mental health problems: associated issues and consequences

In this unit your employees will gain an understanding of the effects of mental health problems, not only for an individual but also for their families and society. The effects of substance and alcohol misuse and links between these and mental health diagnosis is explored, along with the connections between mental health problems and offending. Your staff will also explore the risk factors associated with suicide and self-harm. Unit 4: Understanding mental ill health

Unit 1: How stewards control the entry, exit and movement of spectators at events.

Within this unit your employees will learn about the principles of controlling the entry, movement and exit of people at spectator events, as well as how to recognise and respond to illegal and prohibited items. Unit 2: How stewards monitor crowds and respond to potential crowd problems at spectator events.

Unit 3: How stewards prepare for spectator events.
